This was a very difficult place for our taxi to find and is located on a busy street. we arrived in the dark and after an extensive checking in process during which we were handed a sheet of house rules we were shown to a very small, hot room. Lots of dark wood made it even more claustrophobic.
Due to the lateness of the hour and the lack of any local resturants we ordered chicken curry.The chicken was not properly cooked through despit the staff saying that it was and there still being blood evident. They still charged us full price for the meal.The room AC was so loud that it kept us both awake all night and we checked out the next day despite having booked for 2 nights.

Nice, comfortable hotel with clean rooms. Attentive service and very welcoming. Trustworthy pick-up service from the airport - arranged taxis always on time. Short walk to shops and restaurants. Location could maybe have been better but then the price would have been more.

1. hotel rooms: we stayed for 3 nights at this b&b. the place is decorated to look like a mini business-class hotel. it is impeccably clean, and the western-style bathroom has an excellent, excellent shower. you have to turn the water heater on for 10-15 minutes first, but this is standard in india. the hotel also has two small dining tables and serves solid good food for lunch and dinner. the included buffet breakfast was very decent and you can order a freshly made omelette too.
2. the staff: the staff is not chatty but very friendly and super helpful. they were all honest, good people and we enjoyed interacting them. the owner lives off the premise but he visits the hotel a few times a day. he was very pleasant to talk to.
3. location: the hotel is in a very safe middle-class neighbourhood. if anyone finds this noisy, they must not have stayed at any other city in india. indian cities are busy and honking horns is a standard driving signal. in india you can't get away from sounds even in rural areas. cab and tuk tuk drivers do have to ask for directions when they get close, but this seems to be a common way of navigation in delhi since it's a very large city with many winding side alleys. don't stress about it. everybody found it without taking that much time. just don't forget to carry the address with you so you can easily show it to the driver.
4. airport tip: the hotel's airport pickup service is double what you'd pay with a metered cab. if you don't need the convenience, it's very easy to get into a cab at the airport. meru cabs at the airport is very reputable.
Shopping Tip:
The hotel is fairly close to the rather small N-Block market, which has almost all my favourite Indian textile/clothing stores in one place: Fabindia, Anokhi, Cottons, and Kilol. The Fabindia here is the first and largest in India. The market is a quiet shopping plaza with absolutely no touts. It makes a very pleasant shopping experience. The restaurant there, Zaffran, is great.

this is a great place, really not a bed & breakfast, but a small hotel. the price is very reasonable, the room and bathroom are large and clean. flat screen tv with satellite offerings. they gave me a complimentary pick-up from the airport. there is an extensive evening meal menu, which is cooked fresh, saving the hassle of having to go out to find a place. the indian food is quite ok.
the wi-fi connection was a bit weak, but i used the local net plug-in and it worked fine, and was free. it is hard to find (unless your taxi/tuk-tuk driver is local, he will have to ask several times to find it. ask them to send you the sheet of directions to the hotel, which are very clear to a taxi driver.
i would definitely stay here again and have recommended to a friend who is coming to delhi next month.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
use the metro to get about delhi. cheap & fast. then use a cycle rickshaw from the metro stop to get to your exact destination.

wonderful rooms, very clean, great breakfast, rooms are very good size, terrific very clean bathroom, great service. the whole staff was very kind and considerate. Bell hops, cooks, bathroom cleaners and concierge were very responsive and responsible. washer and dryyer for guest use as well. I have been staying in Delhi hotels for 22 years. This is the best one yet. Price is cheap for a hotel in Delhi. Highly recommend the hotel.a little hard to find but if you can call them first they will send a man to the main road to guide you or they can arrange airport pick up for u

we used the hotel for a night as transferring through Delhi and its location, South Extension Part I, is relatively close to the airport. The B&B is in a big residential neighborhood so it gives you a peek of how locals live. The room is very clean and facilities good. The wi-fi worked particially during the time we stayed. Breakfast was decent -- they make very good masala omlette.
