We didn't liked. Air condition was broken many times and last time it stopped working in the middle of the night and we had to change the room (we had 2 weeks old baby with us so that we really difficult to us). We had problems with wifi all the time. When we tried to get away from the hotel to an other one we waited taxi 2,5 hours in the lobby and then staff said that taxi is not coming. Then we ordered taxi by ourselves. Staff is not helpful.

We booked two nights at Saar Inn and stayed for 7 instead. We loved coming back to our room after long days in the excitement of Delhi and Agra. Any requests we had for staff were fulfilled almost immediately. Room was cleaned very well when we asked for it. Bathroom with western toilet and nice shower facilities. We felt very secure our whole visit here, very happy this was our first hotel in a three month trip to India. Great place to work off jet lag!
Travel tip:
Bring ear plugs. Area is quiet but some dogs will bark in early morning.

This hotel is close by to the Karol Bagh metro station as well as the Karol Bagh market. The room was ok, but the problems with it are what's symptomatic in much of India. The staff intentionally leaves out standard things from the room with the intent that when you ask them for it (ie: toilet paper) you'll be forced to tip them, and they'll make sure to let you know they're expecting a tip. Stay for the location and proximity to a great restaurant (R1 Lounge is nearby), but expect to get hassled for tips whenever the staff are near.
