Amazing hotel but poor location

The hotel was first class and all the staff were more than helpful including bookings tours etc. It is quite far out of the city and difficult for some taxi drivers to know where its located.

5 Star Hotel, room BIG and nicely decorated
great service and warm greeting from all the staffs

no so happy as i found bird poo on my face towel and hand towel. sleeping qc !
and a lemon tea at the cafe caused me fever, but managed to recover over night.
just have to be more careful next travel.

Beautiful, relaxing get away outside of Delhi
Great rooms with spacious verandas, nice manicured lawn with fountains, gorgeous pool, great food, and quiet- which can be hard to find in India!

Went with some girlfriends for a weekend get-away. We are foreigners staying near Delhi, and the hotel was a nice breather from the stresses of everyday life. The room was comfortable and well decorated. The spa was gorgeous but way overpriced. Food was pricey but high quality, so it was worth it.
Travel tip:
We didn't leave the hotel the whole weekend. If you want to do shopping or sight-seeing you might stay closer to Delhi. This place is a great get-away to relax spot.

this is a great hotel for families, business travelers, a girls' weekend, etc. the rooms are clean and lovely. the bathrooms are nice and spacious. the service is excellent and friendly! and the pool is wonderful with a great space to lounge poolside. if you are trying to escape the city rush, it's a great location!

totally unexpected. much better than we thought it should be except its location is quite away from the airport (nearly 40 mins at night). our first night in india - no complaint.

Good hotel but lot of other problems...first of all lot of mosquitoes in the room as well as bathroom (which was later told to reception staff who politely felt sorry and made a note of it). Also the wash basin drain was partially chocked and water drained very slow..Wi-fi service was very poor and the connection used to break every few minutes despite being charged at so high rates...
Rest was okay and nothing extraordinary...liked the breakfast

i just choose it for one day, because it seems nearby the customer but it took one hour from airport to hotel. also no taxi around the hotel so i couldn't go out. the hotel is isolated. price was o.k considering 5 stars hotel. but too far away from airport, city, anything.
but i saw mouse in from of room door. it was unbelievable.

this hotel is the other branch of the claridges which is within central delhi. the hotel is actually slightly outside of delhi and hence is significantly cheaper. the lobby is lovely as expected from a 5 star. the rooms are clean and reasonable in size but a little rough around the edges e.g. some old fittings and scratches and scuffs on doors etc. you will also need to pay for wifi- per hr or rs for 24h. this is not bad since the room itself is relatively cheap for a claridges. breakfast was good with a reasonable variety and service was good.
