Great Value Hotel, big clean rooms
Excellent Location, Big Rooms, Good Service, Near Metro Station

-Elevator was not working properly during entire stay.
-Breakfast was good.
-Kaffa Restaurant serves nice food, bit expensive though.
-Rooms were clean.
-Opt for higher floor.
-Bath tub is not upto the mark and bit risky to stand in the same. Pls. be careful.
-Overall rating 8/10.

Great location but small rooms"

it was good location but rooms can be far better and lot more to be done to make it world class travels. Contiguous issues with rooms not ready!!, lift not working!! , one has to compromise on so many issue. Can be very well avoided.
Travel tip:
good for location point of view, very close to Pragati maidan. Missing modern amenities and good ambiance.

do not eat at the restaurant! it is massively overpriced! but other than that, it is a good clean hotel, accessible location, tours to agra and jaipur can be easily arranged the night before. although i do find the tipping/pricing in new dehli to be pretty expensive compared to similar services elsewhere.

Of all the hotels that I booked on the Agoda site I was certainly not happy to stay at this hotel which is too highly rated. The hotel car park and reception area leaves much to be desired. A very old hotel but exhorbitant prices are charged for meals when compared to other hotels. Rooms are somewhat neat but the plugs are hanging from the walls, the shower cubicle was untidy, the restaurant does not portray a good atmosphere to eat, the lift has been broken for over a year, the hotel is shared with business and rooms only start from 14th floor upwards whilst breakfast is on the 2nd floor. The staff were, however, very friendly which helped the stay but I will never stay at this hotel again, not for the price I paid.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
The Connaught area is within 15 minutes walking distance from the hotel, however, the number of construction work being carried out in the area made life difficult.

The Hans is in convenient location, within a 2 minute walk to Barakhamba Rd metro station. But otherwise, the hotel is just average -- the facilities are dated, the staff is not very friendly or helpful, and you don't get the best value for your dollar.

Great location, great staff!
Convenient location, clean and friendly.

As before, I had a great stay at the hotel. Their elevator was under repairs so that was an issue. But friendly and helpful staff makes up for the trouble.
