This is the most luxurious and beautiful hotel I have ever stayed in. The staff and the service provided is truly unparalleled. I found the Imperial to be heaven, in a city that can be noisy and a bit crazy, the Imperial was a soothing, delightful, heavenly place to relax and find luxury at every turn. The spa is incredible. The breakfast buffet was amazing. I loved every single thing about this place and every employee was the best I've ever encountered. I think maybe the bed could have been more luxurious. That is my one tiny critique. A thicker mattress with a nice pillowtop is what the room needs. I was actually surprised the bed was not more luxury.
