The staff was good isolated area of the city

The best thing about this hotel was the staff and the food was good but costly for the portion.
NO internet facilities also a long way from anywhere was so difficult to get into town for me took 2 hours
Travel tip:
Make sure you have plenty of time to get into town otherwiase it was a ok hotel No gimmicks more acceptable for families I guess.

good location only, terrible hotel

Used the hotel for business and stayed about 5days in total.
Poeple there is good and have good manners, but that didn' justify the conditions of the room I had to stay.
1st night, they put me in the room on the roof! and assuming that is because of overbooking, and 2nd day, they bring me down to the room in 2nd floor. This second room has the shower system as updated in their renovation in 2011? floor is dirty, but the floor mat is dirtier than its floor. Rahter not to have such a dirty rug in there.
3rd room I have to stay when we are back from Jaipur for one last night stay in Delhi didn't have the shower hose, so I have to lean forward deep to wash my hair with hot water from the faucet. Anyway, I would never reserve this hotel to stay there even though I visit there 2-3 time a year for business. If you want to feel the locality in Delhi, it may be OK for one time.

suburban location on main road, fairly quiet rooms

we decided to stay in south delhi to explore this part of delhi conveniently. hotel is a 10min rickshaw ride away from kalkaji mandir metro. though hotel is on the main road, the rooms are at the back so it's a fairly quiet location. room was a good size with plenty of space for lots of luggage, even had a closet hall between the bathroom and bedroom. tiled floors, with coffee table and 2 arm chairs. mini fridge. the bathroom is clean and has a large modern styled shower base (both above the head and hand held shower) with toiletries provided. bathrobe provided. no hair dryer. service was adequate, room was cleaned daily (on request). there needs to be a variety at breakfast and not just omelette and toast. for a location away from the usual popular spots in delhi, this makes for a nice change as you are only a short rickshaw ride away from new friends colony where there are some cafe's restaurants like barista or nathu's sweets (does breakfast too) and is much quieter than pahar ganj/chandni chowk. would recommend this hotel.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
kalkaji mandir metro is closest station. rickshaw ride is approx rs.50-60.
10 mins from lotus temple.

スタッフの人柄が、皆さんとても良かった
スタッフ全員が、フレンドリーで、とても親切。ホテルに帰ると、自然と笑顔になる雰囲気でした。

日本の行き届いたサービスに慣れきっている私たちにとっては、インフラの整っていないインドは滞在しにくい国の一つだと思います。しかし、それをカバーするのに有り余るだけの人柄の良さがあふれ出た、ソフト面でのサービスが素晴らしいホテルでした。立地も、安全で、安心して滞在出来ました。何かあると、スタッフが精一杯助けてくれようと、旅行会社との間に入り解決してくれたりと、インドが初めての私は、とても助かりました。また、利用したいと思います。そして、スタッフの皆に再び会いに行きたいと思います。
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
タージマハールまで、現地の方用の観光バスを利用して行ったのですが、道が舗装されてなく、道中でこぼこ道で、腰痛持ちの人には厳しいと思いました。予算に少しでも余裕があるのなら、電車で行かれることをおすすめいたします。
