Small, comfortable budget hotel with great service

Adi and his staff really took care of us on this first-time visit to Delhi. The room was comfortable and clean. This is really more a B and B than a hotel. It is located in a gated residential neighborhood, about a half block from a busy road. Lots of restaurants about a mile away in "Community Center", Friends Colony.

We arrived at this hotel very early in the morning after the overnight train from Udaipur. It was very difficult to find, in a gated residential area, and without any sign to suggest it is a guest house rather than a private dwelling. There was no sign of life, despite the fact I had e-mailed them before our trip to warn that we would be arriving early.
After waiting outside a rather flustered member of staff eventually appeared and showed us to a lovely room (we found out later that we had been upgraded as our booked room hadn't been vacated)
I have to say that the staff, especially Prince, and the service were excellent, however, please note that this hotel does not serve dinner, and is some distance from central Delhi.
Great if you want quiet, but not so good if you want to be within easy walking distance of a choice of restaurants.
