i stayed in the trident gurgaon over the weekend on a business trip. the rooms, amenities, and service were absolutely excellent. the staff was extremely attentive and caring making this one of my best hospitality experiences and my preferred choice in delhi. i would recommend this hotel to business as well as leisure travelers.

Hotel with a fantastic palace design and layout

Upon arrival, i am greeted with never-ending smiles from all the staff who are all well-groomed and professional. I was being led through a series of corridors as i got engrossed with the simple but palace-like architecture. The water feature in front of the entrance is grand and is lit with fire as night falls. It also has a heated swimming pool.
Room is small but comfortable with a working desk. Design of the room has an Indian touch. Was a little disappointed with the garden view as it is just a small grass patch outside the room. Quite distant from the nearest convenience store / shopping mall and depending on the traffic condition might mean a 2 hours ride just to have a meal outside. But it is located very near to the DLF commercial district
Room dining is great and fast. Hotel restaurant pricing might be a bit on the steep side.

we arrived at 2:30 in the morning and upon arrival we were immedialtly upgraded to a suite. the staff was very responsive to all our requests during our stay. the food was ok, not what i would expect from a quality hotel like this but i am a picky eater.
overall would recommend this hotel and its beautiful design.

This has been the best experience across al hotels I have stayed on business travels. The service levels are outstanding, room standards and the food and beverage is excellent. Cannot fault it in any way. Simply nowhere else to stay when in gurgaon.

I have been staying there for only 1 night but this is the best hotel I have ever stay in India. The price is reasonable and the food is actually quite good.
I like the swimming pool and the massage there is amazing.
Room is comfortable and with pool view.
