The Hotel is value for money. Excellent staff performance namely the Front line Manager Mr Santosh who has given his level best to make our stay the most comfortable. He has upgraded us to superior room with more facilities and done the extra mile to make the stay the most comfortable. Hving stayed in more than 50 Business/ Budget hotels in the past, this is the most courteous staff performance since a long time. No cheating, you get more than you expected.

This hotel needs a major renovations!

When we booked the hotel, we saw pictures of rooms that didnt look at all like the photos. The rooms were run down, dirty and the air conditioning didnt work. The sheets were grey and walls are super thin so you can hear the people in the rooms all round you very clearly. This hotel should be rated at 1-2 stars.

we had arranged a pick up but this didn't happen, no one at airport so we eventually got a taxi, driver had some difficulty locating hotel even though we had address. hotel just off main bazaar good position, reception staff very friendly and helpful
room clean and hot water and air con. worked. we returned again at the end of travel- room ended up being very noisy ? internal but they willingly changed us to a quieter room. no pool as on website but they have just completed "spa'- we didn't use it or services as it just opened but looks ok

Good hotel for people who don't mind the bad surroundings of the hotel. The air is much polluted with dirt on the roads in front of the hotel. The extra bed which they gave us was not in good condition. I had to ask them to change it and they gave us a matress to put on the floor!!

Great hotel, shame about the renovation work
Good size room, great size bathroom, A/C, nice décor, friendly and helpful staff, excellent value for money, good distance to sights around Delhi, arranged airport pick-up with no problems

Only annoyances were A/C was a bit noisy, double bed was 2 singles so join was a bit uncomfortable, roads leading up to hotel looked a bit daunting at first as they were busy and there were a few dogs lying around, but hey it's Delhi you kind of expect that.
Renovation work going on in swimming pool/gym area which was a shame.
Overall we enjoyed our stay there and even booked another night as a stop off between Varanasi and Agra - we would recommend but maybe give it a few months until work has finished.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Breakfast was basic but OK, evening menu was very good.

The White Klove is in a rather terrible location and far from much of the sights in Delhi. The rooms are overpriced for their condition: much of our furniture was broken, the beds were just mattresses on the floor, and we found small bugs in our sheets. The wifi also was unreliable and hard to connect to.
The staff was attentive, but stressed repeatedly that they wanted to serve us because they depended on good reviews. Upon check out they charged us 850 RS for airport pickup that was supposed to be complimentary.

Hotel is Ok but not that good.

Hotel was under construction. Hotel staff is friendly. I stayed in the hotel for four days but no one cleaned the room for two days. On the third day I called the reception to organise the room to be cleaned.

Bed making was not carried out on the next day, either.
There was a smell like the perfume of a toilet in the room, and he was not able to sleep.
