It is located in the busiest part in a narrow lane

The phone number given in the hotel voucher was not right. I had to search for the hotel for over an hour as it is located in a busy part of the city in a narrow lane. The Spa hardly is operational only one plumb female massure and the bar is not operational. The Restaurant offers very limited cuisine the free breakfast was just barable nothing great. There is a great deal of procedures to be followed by guests who would like to meet the hotel guests which is a irritating.I am not sure if this is for security reasons. The cutlery used are oversized and do not match with the food provided. Overall it was a very discouraging experience

overall is still fair. it took me more than 1 hour to take back my passport for check-in purpose. staffs were attentive, but performance were only so so. I have requested several times for a new towel, but they never replaced it.
the landmark there is imperial cinema, it will save lots of your time telling the taxi drivers which hotel you staying

I think it is time for a big clean of the whole hotel. The hotel is dusty because they open the lobby door to the unpaved/under construction road all the time. The room upstair is also dusty and the smell is unpleasant.

Spots on bedcover. Used/refilled showergel bottles. Kitchen did not tried. Prefer to starve if you look at it.

I HAVE STAYED AT THIS HOTEL THRICE IN THE LAST THREE YEARS AND PREFER STAYING HERE AS:
COMFORATBLE STAY, FOOD IS AVERAGE BUT GOOD IN QUANTITY, BREAKFAST IS THOUGH NOT VERY FILLING AND HAD TO RELY ON EGGS AND FRUITS, CLOSE TO METRO, CLOSE TO MARKET, 30-45 MINS FROM AIRPORT. I GUESS ONE OF THE BEST HOTELS IN THE AREA IN ITS CATEGORY.

We spended 1 night in this conviniently located hotel and were satisfied with hotel. Very close to busy shopping streets etc. Hotel has small inside swimming pool but refreshing water was quite gold.

Great location, only 15 minutes walk to all the main attractions. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel has its problems but what hotel in India doesn't!? There is no Internet but there is a Internet room available very close by. But still I would recommend staying here

Right in the hub of back packer land

Location was great, in the hub of the main backpacker area but just off the main bazaar so not so noisy.
Found a mouse in my room however!!! On the 3rd floor!!!
