The main section of the hotel is a 200-year-old Portuguese mansion, while the extension is more modern, with 20 tasteful rooms on offer. Guests can dine in the privacy of their own room by ordering room service, or take a short stroll to the restaurant and sample traditional Goan cuisine. All of the spices used into making these dishes came straight from the hotel's own spice garden, ensuring the freshest taste. Guests can also book yoga lessons, alternative therapy courses and cooking courses upon check-in. The village nearby the hotel is a charming place to sightsee and learn about the rich history of Goa.

Johannes R. Couples Netherlands, February 25, 2013	Terrible rooms but friendly staff helpful person for service breakfast 3 We change 3 times to another room. The 1st one was very basic and the 2nd smell of moist. The next one was oké we thougt till we want to go to the toilet. There was that forg sitting in the toiletpot. The servient from the hotel tried to flush it trough the toilet but after 2 hours he was back sitting there the whole night. We did not catch some sleep that night. Next morning they gave us again another room wich was oké. The breakfast(included) is very poor... just 2 slices of toast, jam and coffee/tea

Breakfast is only toast and tea. Very disappointed. Restaurant food is not very good. Room was ok but was overpriced. Staff were friendly.
