Worse!!!
There is nothing good to say about this hotel.

I would recomment people to stay away from this lousy hotel. Rooms are not clean, bathroom fittings don't work, even the flush doesnn't work properly. Stay away!!!

Average hotel, location and below average food
Great view of sun set although the private beach is not clean

Average hotel overall... but, its not clean. There is definitely scope for improvement in the toilet and rooms.
Otherwise, we were four families, stayed their for 2 nights and there was no hassles all the way. Ofcourse we had to make compromises here and there.

lovely hotel but no internet

Hotel is good, not too expensive. worth all the money. Area is remote. Transportation is a big problem also no fast food restaurant in the vicinity as it is remote area.
No internet facility.
Nice and clean swimming pool. Breakfast was good.
Overall, it was good.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
You must go to Pnji and arrange your transportation and sightseeing. It will be very expensive if you arrange from Bambolin, may be it will be more than double the actual cost.

Great View, but rooms not so good
You can spend time in Restorent/ Tarrace, you will find beach everywhere

Overall, those who want peace and alone should stay here, because its far away from calangute/ Baga/ Candolim and other beaches. You can just one move in/out of your Hotel thats it.

Except good location, room ambiance was very cheap like a low cost lodge, toilet/wash room was not good at all. food & drinks were costly like a five star hotel even then food quality was poor. services not good & even no cleanse.

Hotel located on the beach. The room was clean and serviced daily, equipped with tv and air conditioning. Minus was the lack of water in the shower 2 day stay. In my room lived lizard. Buffet breakfast, omelettes, sausages served at the table, but not knowing why I was not handled the last day of stay. At that time it was raining and access to the buffet was flooded with water, you had to be careful so as not to tip over. Hotel beach in the shape of a small cove. Chairs by the pool destroyed. Off-season possibility to eat in the hotel, other restaurants near the hotel were closed.

The resort is located at a good place just near the beach but the service is very bad. Toilet had problems with choked sever, wash basin etc. Buffet Breakfast was horrible. The cut fruits were given only when asked that too sometimes papaya,watermelon etc. The food was oily. They never wanted to serve fresh material until pressed. The service people were very casual. The food served in room was in part and late.
There is no watersport etc. as the sea waves are very calm.
