Good place, excellent service, very nice hotel

We stayed for nine nights. Service was excellent, room was just perfect (1.st floor towards pool). Situation is good, beach is just 10 minutes walk, city close by. In the center of local services. Breakfast was good, not so special but just enough. Room was clean and everything functioned well. Poolside is nice, quiet and clean.
Shopping Tip:
Tibetan market in Calangute, 20 minutes walk or 100 rupies/riksha.

Sweet, quaint hotel with 5star rooms

had a fabulous holiday. a small, sweet hotel. good food and good service. the rooms were awesome...... had a very relaxed holiday! will definitely love to go back. the only big problem: kids below 11 yrs not allowed! we booked online after which we read the fine print and panicked as we had our 7 yr old travelling with us. since, we were not able to cancel either, we requested the hotel manager mr pereira and convinced him we'd make sure the other guests would not be disturbed. after some pleading and requesting, he agreed to give us another room for the kids (7 n 13 yrs). that was the best decision! absolutely, fantastic holiday!!!!
Hotel Feature Tip:
Children below 11 yrs not allowed! So be careful people with small kids!

Lovely hotel in a quiet part of Goa

i stay in this hotel for 2 nights. it is a short walk from calangute. the area is quiet and peaceful. the grounds of the hotel are lovely and it was nicely decorated for the holidays in december. my room was large and clean and well equipped. the staff were very friendly and helpful. the restaurant provides food all day. meals were very good and very reasonable priced. and the pool was a favorite spot for many of the guests. overall it was a pleasant stay.

We had an amazing experience at this hotel. From the very warm welcome from the manager to the lovely rooms we stepped into afterwards. The hotel grounds are well laid out and maintained. Breakfasts were good to.This is one hotel i would recommend to all.

First impression of the hotel was great, friendly staff and lovely room with four poster bed. Hotel is down a lane way which at first can seem dark and intimidating but once u walk it it is fine. 5min walk to the beach and 2mins to the main road - but in my opinion the best restaurants and bars are on the small lanes towards the beach. A little disappointed that WiFi was not included given the price, as it was included in many other places we stayed at much lower rates. All in all a great hotel and I would recommend to anyone wanting a decent hotel within walking distance to both the beach and nightlife.

as we went through the gated entrance to casa severina the beautifully manicured grounds at the front of the hotel raised our eyebrows and put a smile on our faces. we were greeted by lau who took in our bags and showed us to the reception desk. big smiles, a warm welcome from jessica, a few forms to complete and we were shown to our room. in the atrium they have an indoor fish pond. i'll say no more than wait till you see it.
the door opened and there was the four poster bed. the elegant, classically decorated room was a vision of such luxury that we were bowled over. ok the view wasn't up to much but who cares? the fully tiled bathroom was nicely lit and the fittings were top end and spotlessly clean.
we stayed for 4 nights (we tried to extend our stay but they were fully booked so sadly we had to move on) each morning though similar the, breakfast was always delicious offering both indian and continental options as well as a choice of eggs/ omelettes and freshly made pancakes. we ate in the restaurant too, the food was good but possibly chose the wrong things for our taste and so we can't say it was outstanding.
the staff throughout the hotel, from the guys who opened the gates, to the manager who enquired how our stay was, was so warm and interested in our comfort and well being.
the location of the hotel is pretty good too. there are a few good restaurants near by in calangute and candolim and baga are also within walking distance albeit slightly further away.

The hotel is stunning. I was part of a travelling group of 8 friends and family (3 from UK & 5 from India), and we finished our 3 week trip around India in Goa. We stayed for 3 nights and had a great time. The hotel is so clean, extremely comfortable rooms, fantastic food and great location. We stayed in 4 rooms (3 different types) and were all great. The breakfast buffet is vast and tasty, has both western and Indian food. The pool was also great, the whole hotel is well maintained and I wouldn't hesitate in returning here, and I highly recommend this hotel to everyone. During our trip around India, we stayed in many hotels, and this one was by far the best. Can't wait to return!
The luxury suite is by far the biggest room, has a great sized bedroom with a lounge area and balcony.

The Junior room is very nice, comfortable and although smaller than the other rooms, there is no difference in features or comfort.
