I won't recommend this hotel for folks looking for above average hotel. This is very very average hotel. But remember that may be all the hotels in this prices range are below average.
You will find coffee maker / TV with satellite / hot water etc.
This is a fairly basic hotel. Doesn't give a feel that I am on vacation. Do not expect any sort of luxury here. The food menu is nothing worth mentioning.

Hotel is very near to Candolim Beach, but the candolim beach is not something everyone would like to visit, more popular beaches are calangute and baga beaches.
Next to hotel is car rental services at good rates, so convenient option for you, if you want to return to hotel at night. Though without vehicle its difficult to move out of hotel as its little far from main road.
If someone is looking for beach property, go for properties not near calangute but at calangute and baga beaches. In Goa, read near as very far.
Shopping Tip:
Do shop from Aparant Govt of Goa tourism department shops, its cheap than shops at the beaches.

We were a family of 10 and had a very pleasant stay at Casablanca. The rooms were nice. The food at the restaurant was amazing. The service is good. We were there in the off-season, start of Sept, so the rates were also good.

near the beach and the main road. It is convenient for shopping and beach holidays. The neighborhood scooter and taxi service. Very hot and unpleasant smell in the terrace rooms. No sunbeds and umbrellas on the beach.
