Every time an Agoda customer checks out of a hotel we send them an email asking them to write a review of their stay. This is the only way reviews can be submitted. Every review must then be approved by our content team before being posted on the Agoda website. Therefore, unlike many other travel sites, ALL Agoda reviews are certified and genuine.

Fine location, ok hotel
Good location - near Weds flea market, dining, beach and hilltop areas
5.7
Stay here over Tuesday/Wednesday nights and you can walk to the Anjuna Flea Market which is less than 1km away down the road or beach. Walk up to the top of the nearby hill and enjoy amazing views. Lots of parties in this area frequented by the under-30 crowd.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
The beach around this area is rocky and volcanic, further down it gets sandy.

enjoyable get-away
nice restaurant; attractive pool; good staff
7.7
Although the rooms at the Country Club de Goa feel a bit too much like a government-run hotel, the common areas and grounds; landscaping around the pool, the pool itself, and the restaurant made this stay well worth it and an excellent value. The breakfast included with the rate was an endless buffet, and excellent, consisting of table service through many courses and dishes, all unlimited. The restaurant staff - we ate there for a dinner and breakfast, so saw two shifts - were attentive and friendly.
I would not recommend the spa offering Ayurvedic massage, which is not directly managed by the hotel, as the massage I got there was nothing more than repetitive, untrained slathering of oil in an ultimately irritating manner.
The hotel's location is good, situated between the seashore and the main area of north Anjuna where you can find several good restaurant options, an internet cafe and bookshop, rickshaw drivers, a liquor store and some small stalls selling general goods.

This hotel is a little gem and oasis .
Small and compact. Peaceful and calm. Beautiful garden and pool area. Rooms are very big and clean. We got the best room as it is facing the swimming pool. Staff are very friendly and helpful. There is a gymnasium and badminton facility for free. There is a Spa/massage area which is great value for money. Security guards at entrance 24 hours. The hotel is near to internet cafe; supermarket; taxi; restaurants and money exchange facility. It is approximately 10-15 minutes walk to the sandy beach...or 5 minutes scooter ride.
7.3
This is a lovely little hotel, close to all amenities. However, you need to hire a scooter to get the full protenial of the area. The garden is immaculate, staff very friendly and helpful. The in house spa/massage is a bargain, you must try it. The hotel restaurant is clean and offers good food at a reasonable price although you can eat cheaper outside. It suits couples and families alike. The hotel is very secure with guards by the entrance 24/7. We will stay here again for sure.
Restaurant Tip:
There are lots of restaurant serving valued cheap food near the hotel. There is one particular retaurant by the beach...you have to take a scooter ride or 15 minutes walk...forgot the name of the restaurant though, they provide internet connections to your laptop(fees) while you eat your food. You are sitting right by the sea, the food and drinks is good and is the cheapest in the area. You can watch the sunset here.
Hiring of a scooter is must for fun factor and essential to get around the area.

Country clube de goa review.
Staff were superb. Absolutely nothing too much trouble. Nice garden and swimming pool. Huge rooms.
7.7
Although I would recommend this hotel and would probably stay again, the items listed really do need attention as they spoil the hotel. The staff however were second to none, extremely polite at all times and always wanting to please. This applied from the gardening staff right through to management. The hotel is set in nice grouds with tropical trees and the accommodation is in four buildings. The hotel is very conveniently situated near the centre of Anjuna and within about half a mile of the famous wednesdasy flea market. Overall the experience was a good one.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Within half a mile of the famous Wednesday flea market.
