We came to Goa for wedding and stayed in this hotel for 3 night. One of our friends who was travelling from Singapore had booked a room in this hotel because we were staying here. She landed here at night after a long flight. To her shock Hotel had double booked the room and allotted her room to someone else. She had to be booked into another hotel in the middle of night. Hotel staff tried to be as manipulative as possible. This was not an isolated incidence. Over course of 3 days, every time we passed by reception we saw one or other guest struggling with hotel management team. One poor guest was asked to shell out 2000 rupees because the room key "broke" while opening the door...list goes on and on...hotel is good otherwise. If only they could handover the property to a better management team.

Absolutely great location, with a road inside the hotel leading up to the beach, and to the left is calangute beach and to the right is baga beach. Plenty of shacks around and can walk back to the hotel along the beaches late at night.
I had booked an executive room and it was a great one. Clean, spacious and no complains. The buffet breakfast was great as well, with a mix of items each day.
Overall, a very satisfying experience and would recommend booking an executive room.

the rooms were gr8 and the service were really good .. the only drawback i could say is the hotel is bit far from the main happpening area ..but walkable though .. another one is gthe room loc where we stayed had drainage smell outside the room.. but once inside it was perfect ..breakfast wasnt gr8 ...

This is perfect honeymoon spot. I really like the beach hut villa. its good to stay for 1 night in this hotel, later I recommend you switch to Superior/Deluxe Room, this is because beach hut is good for beach view and gives lovely feeling. However please keep in mind, facilities will not be high, since it is hut. And sometimes it will be smelly. But try beach villa atleast once and move to normal rooms.
Swimming pool is guranteed source of desease. Such a dirty water.
Onething which irritaes me is checkin. Staff are very poor in terms of receiving customers and allocating the rooms. Becz I myself have to check which room is available and have to argue with them that its availability. Also, they don't answer properly. I recommend staff needs to take a lot of training for receiving customers and explain the facilities to them. I feel like I am not taken care by them. Bad bad and sad.
Restaurant Tip:
Visit Tatoo's place (Mamboo's bar. I heard captown bar is good. but expensive if you don't drink. entrance fee is high.)
I REALLY WANTED TO APPRECIATE ONE RESTAURANT IN ANJUNA BEACH WHICH FACES SEA (don't remember name, but they says seafood rest). Please please visit this. Becz you will be sitting on hill which faces sea, and you can see fantastic panaroma view. wow. great.

Absolutely beautiful Place. Nice people ,
Excellent since it;s by the beach. Rooms are very nice.Should look at improving the toilets a bit more. Shower cubicles need to be installed to keep toilets dry.

We booked the "Beach Huts", so this comment is only valid for those: Only two of about 20 of those huts are next to the beach, 5 have at least a beach view.
May be, I simlpy expected too much: As the room and the beach-hut-rates are simular to those of a basic hotel in Europe, I expected the standard of such a hotel. So I was very disappointed, to find myselve in a real hut: bed not level, no curtain around the shower, toilet seat only for "carefull" use, no acustic privacy to the neigbour hut or passing by people, windows without glas(!), that means, the are open, or its dark inside, warm water not always available and the safe, integrated in the cupboard, had no key.
Our second hut (we booked two, as we are two + three children) was at least that large, that a suitcase could be opened between bed and wall.
The children loved it, me not so much.
Food was nothing special, but ok.
Additionally there are the "local" problems, concerning a feeling for, what is called in the hotel`s advertisement: "unspoilt natural beauty":
It ends at the hotel fence. Yust behind are piles of wast and litter everywhere. And there is no handfull of beach sand without litter inside and no qubic-meter of sea-water without plastic inside.

Stayed here for 2 nights. Booked in a executive room. This was worse then a standard room. First night we had no hot water. Complained to the reception and they kept saying that there will be water soon. They left water running for nearly 2 hours. Still no hot water. Also saw cockroaches in the room. Got moved to the luxury room the next day. Bit better. Will never stay here again. On checking out I overhead another guest complaining of cockroaches as well. Avoid this place if you can. Not worth it.

the room was not something i was too happy about..the view i had was of the slum developments in the area...plus it was very far away unlike the executive rooms which are on the ground floor and vv close to the beach...so i found the standard rooms worth the price
