Great Location

we just stayed there with friends and booked 2 rooms. room service is excellent but we find some difficulty in resolving a complaint by the management. lesser interaction between the room service and the front desk. everyone who checks out find some issue with the front desk and after arguments its been settled.
the pool seems to be very small. food seems to be excellent in restaurant and in beach shack. walking distance to some clubs and resto's.
Nightlife Tip:
You can find Tito's club near by. But its expensive if you are not a couple.

stay was pleasant. although i think the nye party was a rip off.. just included dinner.. and place really needs to improve on food and the restaurant facilities.. rooms and swimmingpool are good.

the location is great, just 2-3 mins walk from the beach (middle of baga and calangute beach) and the walkway has a nice rusty jungle feel. you have the option of taking huts if you like but we booked standard rooms. the first room they provided was very small but they shifted us to a larger family room upon request. the service was pretty good and much better compared to the other services (restaurant, water sports, etc where people were very rude) during the stay.
would have loved a bigger swimming pool though.

pros:
1. location: this hotel is very near to bagha beach. it also has a beach shack where they serve breakfast.
2. availability of taxi/bike on rent: all these facilities are available just outside the hotel and at rents similar to the market outside.
3. price of the room: given the peak season and location of the room we got to stay here at a very reasonable price compared to what was available in goa. thanks to agoda the price was even lesser than what hotel was offering for walk-ins.
cons:
1. to reach to the bagha calangute road, its a little longer walk (~1km). but if you have a scooty or bike then it really doesnt matter.
2. breakfast: although it was complimentary but it was not that great.
3. room service: their room service is pretty slow. while checking out they took ~30 mins and 3-4 phone calls to send a bell boy to our room to help us with our luggage.
Hotel Feature Tip:
If you are staying at this hotel then you would need a bike/scooty to go to Bagha road. Beach otherwise is quite reachable.

rooms were quite mangable, but service was damn pathetic. No one wanted to listen you on reception - there was delay in room service. Only lucrative thing which i find there was approximity with the Calangute beach.

A WoW - Beach Resort and a WoW Service...
Nice and economical beach resort. Services offered were superb. Food was good and quite economical.

When I landed in the resort by the cab person, I was not too impressed with the entrance of the place. Then felt little better at the reception and the friendliness. Then per my request, they showed me two options of rooms (1 hut near the beach. The other was a deluxe room) - I loved the hut near the beach and took it. It was air-conditioned and was close to a beach bar/restaurant owned by the hotel.
The hotel staff were very courteous and helpful. They helped book scooter, car etc...
One of a foreigner girl tried to bring in some Indian fellow - who didn't belong to the guest list. He was stopped and sent back - which was good from the morality and security point of view. But that poor foreigner girl was upset about it though - I think.. haha..
This hotel is well situated - near the market and also is a beach resort. So day time was perfect too. Lots of watersports happening in the Calungute beach and its just a few meters walk to reach the watersports and do stuff.
The hotel night rate (deluxe rooms) ranges between 2800 to 3300 depending on the dates - and this was during pre christmas week.
Breakfast buffet was awesome.
Some simple cons :
1. no big night-life inside the hotel except a singer at the restaurant was doing a great job. however, just goto the beach and lots of beach restaurants lit with candle lights would await u. Its not attached to the hotel but accesible in just a few meters
2. Swimming pool was very small
3. No spa
OVERALL - Its great place to stay and I wud stay here again...
