He said not staff was available because of festivals. so we had nobody to take care of luggage. The hotel was not clean. Our rooms were not ready bcoz the guy did not have information about our stay. AC was not working and when we asked for a refund, the guys was rude enough to say it is not his fault, if AC is not working. The photos shown in website are not entirely of Goan clove. it included adjacent hotels view as well. the swimming pool is a part of another hotel not Goan clove. Overall, the worst experience. We were on 4 days vacation, so changed after 1st day and stayed in a nice hotel.I would never recommend this hotel again to anyone. Also Agoda.com should verify legitimate hotels as to what is adverstised by hotel and what is actually part of package.
