Clean. 7.7 The hotel location is great, 10 min walk to beach, 5 min walk to shops and restaurants. Rooms are new, airy and bright, beds very comfortable, bathroom great. Wifi is chargable which is a con. Breakfast was a mess and totally disorganised. Overall a good hotel to stay in.

The staff very friendly and ready to help but the management needs to provide them with all amenities!! Like for example they don't have a room service menu. The towels provided in the bathroom don't soke water from your body. Shower caps have not arrived. The food was not all that great and the location very off beat. Overall i would only stay here again if i don't get any other options. Just a few yards away is the ITC Fortuna which is a lot better and the most surprising factor was when we complained about a few things at the reception of the hotel they said we have already reduced our rates and I was fooled paying almost the rates of a 5 star hotel and getting a 3 star category
