it is a pathetic hotel with untidy rooms,pathetic interiors and not at all value for money..kindly avoid at all circumstnaces........it is really disappointing.......
Nightlife Tip:
candolim beach and anjuna beach is a must go from here.....

Nice Hotel, Great Service but smaller rooms

Room has all services to offer which a 3 star hotels should have. Excellent Staff is a big positive. Rooms were bit smaller but when you are in Goa, you hardly spend time in your room. So nothing to worry.

* Do not take North Goa tour its better to be explored by yourself.

Receptionist were all kind.

This hotel located close to the main area in calangute.
It takes 10 min walk or more to the beach.
If you want to stay more busy area(with music and party), you should choose Baga beach area.
Our room was clean but the shower was poor.
It was getting colder when we use.

My stay at Vivenda Calangute

My hotel stay in Vivenda Calangute was worth the money. My stay was in Room # 205. However, there are some major concerns which I have noticed with he facilities provided in the hotel. Cleanliness is one aspect. There were hair on the bedsheets and some stains too. There were frequent power cuts that disrupted a lot of things during my stay in the hotel. The food was reasonably good with everything to one's requirement for breakfast. If I have to come once again to Calangute and have to stay at Vivenda Calangute, I would expect it to be cleaner.

Worth staying at.
Good location on main road. Seems fairly new and clean...with reasonable hotel room rates.

Hotel is right next to the main road that goes up north to all the beaches. Probably one of the better beaches site to stay at if you are going to North Goa. A lot of nice places nearby..but you probably need to grab a cab or rent a car ..since they are not really within short walking distance. Hotel was obviously popular and quite full. But sadly lacking in any nightime entertainment. I think perhaps there is a presumption tyhat everyone wants to go to the beach at night !
Travel tip:
Make your bookings early if you weant to extend. I made the mistake of not informing them earlier ..and had to find another hotel for my third ectended night !
