Located on Candolim Beach in North Goa, the Lemon Tree Amarante Beach Resort is just 250 metres from the beach. The resort is less than an hour from the international and domestic airports. The resort has been designed to evoke the poetry, history and romance of 15th century Portugal. It creates an ambiance which is visually stunning - with medieval oil paintings, artifacts, tile work, heraldry and stained glass set amidst a lush green environment and calm water bodies. The resort offers 65 beautiful rooms and suites. All ground floor rooms provide access to a compact private garden. The six heritage rooms and suite, housed in a century old Portuguese mansion, have been restored to their original glory and appointed with all modern amenities. Several on-site dining options are available for guests. Other facilities include a spa, fitness center and kids club. The check-in time at the hotel is 02:00 pm (1400) and check-out is at 12:00 noon (1200) A recent Government notification requires Indian residents to carry proof of identity at the time of check-in. The proof of identity can either be guest’s driving license, passport or voter’s card. Please be informed that children below 10 years of age can stay in the same room with their parents without any additional charge. An additional 5% service charge is applicable on the total bill. Wonderful place to unwind and explore North Goa

Had a pleasant and relaxing stay, close to all the happening places in North Goa. It was an oasis amongst the hustle and bustle of the tourist district. Very attentive and responsive staff.

It was really annoying that the hotel only provided 30 minutes of free wi-fi per room on only one device.
