Wonderful place to unwind and explore North Goa

Had a pleasant and relaxing stay, close to all the happening places in North Goa. It was an oasis amongst the hustle and bustle of the tourist district. Very attentive and responsive staff.

Firstly one downside....only spent 2 of our 4 weeks in Goa here!!
Where to start? On arrival the staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was perfect as was the rest of the hotel. And clean pool.
As for the staff I doubt you will find better friendlier staff at ANY hotel.
All the staff were a credit to the industry as we mentioned in a letter we left for the manager.
Also mentioned in the letter 3 staff in particular. 1 from housekeeping and 2 from the citrus restaurant.
Many hotels in Goa fail to reach their ratings this one is truly outstanding. If you are thinking of booking here stop thinking go for it.

Clean, Nice, Breakfast was nice, Easy Check in / Check out, walk out to several restaurants, bike rental etc.

Bigger Rooms for the price would be nice but the rooms are decorated well,
Overall, we enjoyed our time here - Candolim is nice and private with lessor vendors, activities - Nice to kick back and relax

my first visit to india - i was collected from the airport by a driver, was greeted by warm welcome by the staff, ran on the treadmill, swam; all before breakfast. i highly reccommend this lovely hotel.

Always ask for what you want, the staff are amazing.

bad experience and a lesson learnt

we occupied 4 rooms. Theft took place on 2 nd day. Meri Tape and Nilesh handeled us. Mr Jatka/ Jtar ( dont remenber the name ) gave a reason that its sunday so cant come and talk to us.I am also a Hotel Owner in Pune. Weekly Holiday is not a reason to tell the Guest specially when such a bad incidence have took place.We were not expecting the hotel to refund the money but Management could have responded in a better way. Nilesh was speaking logically but i guess he is not having full authority. Mr Jataka or Mr Jakta ( territory manager or whoever talked to us on Phone ) was not at all convincing and up to the mark. He gave only asuurances of next dates , Security manager on weekly off he himself on weekly off etc.
If higer authorites really wish to deal and discuss this issue please call me.
