good and clean hotel,difficult to find.
clean,close to beach,comfortable bed.

the hotel is very nice and clean.the only problem is that location of this hotel is badly described and when I printed the map using the hotel's address,it was leading me to place 2 km further.rickshaw driver couldn't find it either.spent frustrating 40 minutes walking there and when finally found the sign on main road,it took some time to reach the place due to bad signing. when sharing this with hotel staff,didn't get much attention or apology.other than that it was a nice stay,but found half price guest house closer to the beach.

Value for Money; Service needs improvement

we stayed from 9th-12th feb, 2013. the place is located a bit inside from the main road and can be difficult to find due to lack of proper signages. but this also works as an advantage, since its away from the noise and hustle bustle. we personally liked this a lot! and it's only a 15 min walk to the beach.
the resort is very nice, spacious and well maintained. the gardens and swimming pool are clean and tidy. full marks to maintenance and housekeeping! even the rooms are good, well-kept and cosy.
the only downside is the lack of food options. they have a menu, but the food is average. breakfast option as part of a package is as good as nothing, but paid options are aplenty. also, we personally felt the staff to be a bit rude. they really need to learn some manners!
also, a first-of-its-kind experience; they don't have telephones in the rooms if you want to order anything. i guess to each his own for thinking if this is a good or bad option!
Travel tip:
Overall an amazing place for a quiet and cosy stay. Owner Philip is very courteous and nice. I suggest couples should go for it!
