we arrived the hotel at 7.00AM with family consists of elders and children, after a long journey of 15hrs, had booking for 3 rooms for 3 days,there was a very bad experience from the front desk staff , saying that no rooms, and need to wait for certain hours, we requested for atleast one room , they never bothered about the guest's conditions , just say no rooms.
after waiting for 2 long hours , we got the rooms , till then we were made to sit in the lobby like refugees,we found many rooms vacant, still they were least bothered to give the good service to guest in the name of following some stupid hotel policies. also charged INR 500 extra for a child. will never book this hotel or will never recommend
i am a frequent traveler and using agoda service to book hotels at various international locations, never ever happened like this
