We opted for an extra bed, but they did not provide a bed and asked us to use the deewan as bed for third person. We requested them in advance to provide a pool side room, but they did not provide.

we arrived the hotel at 7.00AM with family consists of elders and children, after a long journey of 15hrs, had booking for 3 rooms for 3 days,there was a very bad experience from the front desk staff , saying that no rooms, and need to wait for certain hours, we requested for atleast one room , they never bothered about the guest's conditions , just say no rooms.
after waiting for 2 long hours , we got the rooms , till then we were made to sit in the lobby like refugees,we found many rooms vacant, still they were least bothered to give the good service to guest in the name of following some stupid hotel policies. also charged INR 500 extra for a child. will never book this hotel or will never recommend
i am a frequent traveler and using agoda service to book hotels at various international locations, never ever happened like this

This stay was quite nice. The staff were very helpful and kind! The breakfast was only okay. The pool area was good with free pool towels every day.
The worst thing during my stay was that the hotel allowed 90 men (in a company from Dehli) to behave worse than animals around the common areas. The WIFI was very expensive!
Britto's and Jamies are two good restaurants not far from the hotel.

Very good, the lady at reception offered us a complimentary room upgrade as we are a recently married couple, we also received a complimentary cake and a bottle of port wine in our room.
