I was here for one day. it is a good place - far from main city. Nearest eatery could be around 2-3 km other than their own.
In my room, fridge was not working. It was crucial for me to store food/milk for my 2 year old baby. However, neither they fixed nor replaced it. They just kept troying.
At night, reception staff said it is too late and can be looked into next day. i was planned to check out next day !! Really disappointing.
If you like sea, thats all this place can give you. Nothing great other than this. Pool is as good as it doesnt exist.
So no value for money, unless you are ready to pay high just to have view of sea from your room.
Break fast was ok. Not all available item were kept on spread. But once you enquire around, food will be made available like tea, omlette, chicken etc.
Will i visit them again? Not really, i am sure i can have better options for same money.

ozran heights beach resort offers a very different sort of a living. it is facing a calm sea with excellent room service and bar facility.
though chinese and italian menus are missing in the in-house zafran restaurant, the delicacies offered by restaurant are quite good.
the property is located at a quite secluded place, around 30 kms from the main city of panjim- which of course is a big blessing for the people who wish to flee away from the urban stress and wishes to explore a very tender and silent form of beach holiday.
a stay worth recommended.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Nearby Baga beach is worth visiting. Do shop for some nice street shops.

The hotel is set on premises that couldn't go wrong- a picturesque hilltop overlooking the sea..the resort is small in size and this is probably what adds to its exclusivity and privacy;but each cottage is worth its weight in gold..they were cozy, comfortable, clean, luxurious and very well worth the tariff..ideal if you want a laid-back ,relaxed romantic holiday away from the tourists and family crowds thronging the other beaches of north Goa..the view is to die for..only thing is the cuisine spread in their in-house restaurant Zaffran is good, albeit limited to North Indian food and especially as there aren't many dining options nearby..the complimentary breakfast was very lavish though..also very thoughtful were the complimentary toiletries,mineral water, fruit basket and the coffee/tea maker.Shall definitely make a trip down there again, hopefully with a special someone this time!

Lived up to the expectation

The location of the resort is it's best asset! We had a truly breath taking view of the sea in all it's glory. The balcony was perfect to sit and soak in nature in it's splendour. The rooms were well kept and had a spacious aura about them. The resort provided some natural soaps etc which fit well in to it's theme. Paresh, at the restaurant - Zaffran was very hospitable. Their indian cuisine was much better than the chinese! The pool was small in size but other birs definitely made up for it. All in all - a well kept facility and definitely money's worth!
Travel tip:
Great place to unwind and soak in nature if you like sights of the ocean

everything was perfect, except the kitchen is kind of limited, but the location allowed you to choose from variety of restaurants, the beach is just down the hill, the only problem was the doors were hard to lock and unlock.

Our accommodations were great! The bungalows are really nice and the resort is right on the cliff overlooking small Vagator beach- a cozy small beach.
The restaurant left something to be desired. There are not too many options close by and the restaurant was out of most things on the menu- even though by the time we left the place seemed full. We opted for cheaper lunch and dinner on the beach, but the walk down at night was a little hairy- bring a flashlight! Breakfast was good.
We were able to get a car and driver through the hotel, but compared to other places it seemed a little overpriced.
Restaurant Tip:
Try the Boom Shakah on the beach- the prices are very reasonable and the food is good. Watch out for the women trying to sell you anything and everything. Sita doesn't know how to do good henna and will ruin your hands or feet!

The hotel is a newly built property, the hill side property has excellent view & the Small Vagator beach is a much better option than all other north goa beaches.
wish the hotel good luck, maintain your excellent service levels & would do well to not expand much beyond the existing 7 cottages.

Es war ein sehr erholsamer Aufenthalt, wir haben die tolle Lage sowie die Freundlichkeit des Personals sehr genossen!
Hotel Feature Tip:
In Goa gibt es kaum Hotels in direkter Strandlage. Die Cottages des Ozran Heights bilden eine traumhafte Abwechslung. Von der Terrasse kann man die Sonneuntergänge sehen und beim Frühstück aufs Meer schauen und träumen. Wir haben unsere vier Tage dort sehr genossen!!!

我们在4月住了一个晚上，真是有点舍不得走。独立的海边小木屋，有面朝印度洋的阳台，坐看落日的餐厅。太好了！
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
酒店走下去就是海滩。
不过不建议在goa附近买电话卡，太不好用了。--当然这个和酒店没关系。
