Deluxe AC Room with Stinking water in Bathroom
I would not refer this hotel to any of my friends

I had booked two deluxe AC rooms in this hotel.One for us and one for my parents. We checked in around 8.00 PM and found that water in all taps in one room was totally stinking and black in colour. I called the room service number and told them the issue. They said since no rooms were available at that moment I had to be in the same stinking room overnight. I asked for two buckets of water so that I could at-least wash my hands and brush my teeth but no one came until 11.00 pm. Next day I called for a change of room but they informed that I could change only after 12PM. I had already booked a cab and payed him extra so that in my short tour of 4 days I could cover everything.
I could not wait till 12 pm and so some how we had to use the bathroom of the other room that I had booked for my parents. It was very inconvenient for us and also time consuming. I will not refer this hotel to anyone.

Felt like a king

i stayed at about 8 hotels over my visit to india, and this was the best. they really made traveling to a new country (full of shady vendors and business practices) easy. i mean i felt like i was on vacation, i had no worries. they set up a scooter rental for me right away, and the price (350 per day) wasnt the cheapest, it was the offer i got most often from everywhere else. they also arrange cars for you, so you dont have to negotiate with the driver yourself, if you dont like scooters. they also do a shuttle to and from calangute market/beach, so you can just get out there for free too. forget sunscreen? i was in the back pool, and i noticed something strange. 30 plus bottles of suntan lotion, every kind imaginable, just sitting on a table free to use. i guess they just kept all the bottles people left in their rooms, but instead of tossing them offer them to guests. room service is cheap and quick, the rooms have every amenity you might need. from ac, fans, and a tv to a mini fridge, and all without one of those annoying keys that you have to put in the wall to get electricity to were. the room was huge, and had a balcony.
the only problem i had was with wifi. you have to pay per hour (lame) and you can only access wifi from some room on the first floor by the lobby (lamer!). at the price and speed, and also since you can only use your own device, i would say going into town to an internet cafe is a better option.

Fina rum med enkel inredning. Trevlig personal och fint hotell/pool område. Vi hade en bra semester och har egentligen ingenting att klaga på.
