Awful hotel with poor service

Poor rooms, overpriced by far. No lift, no functioning room refrigerator, poor unresponsive staff. Management refused to fix non functioning refrigerator resulting in spoilage of prescribed medications and refused to provide an extra key to the room
The place was very noisy and difficult to sleep at night owing to nightly shows and buffet dinners. Very few options to eat besides the obligatory buffets which were terrible
Frustrated by constant electric blackouts. Very poor bathroom facilities and shocked to find that this resort is only 16 months old!!
