We booked after good reviews on TA and was not dissapointed. the rooms were good, spacious and clean. Candolim beach is nearby and lots of eating options. Service is good. The building looks a bit shabby, but dont go by exterior looks, this is great value for money

thoroughly enjoyed my stay. a couple things to make note of:
location - this is on main road in candolim so not necessarily a beach hotel, but close enough to walk to beach (about a 10 min walk)
Travel tip:
Checking-in - I would advise you call ahead or at least correspond with them even if you book online as there is no full-time reception desk so just to make sure that you coordinate on arriving so you don't have to run around the hotel looking for the owners.
