Kalinga S. Couples Australia, January 20, 2013	Good location to beach Hotel is walking distance to the beach and located next to the riverfront. The swimming pool, though small, is good to have a dip after a walk in the hot sun. The surroundings of the pool was great for sunbathers. The restaurant was reasonable and service was good. 6.3 The rooms though fairly clean could be made better. There was no TV in the room. Hot water in the shower is a bit restricted. I think it is because the hotel depend on solar power for heating. This hotel however is a good choice for budget travellers because hotels of similar surroundings in the area was a lot dearer in price.
Alice W. Couples Australia, January 01, 2013	Dirty rooms but nice facilties. Pool 3.7 Dirty rooms with ants etc and we had no hot water for showers. But if that doesn't bother you it would be alright as it's location is good, close to nice restaurants and beaches.

Some foreigners will be staying here who doesn't look for any comfort and only for saving some money. 3.7 This hotel isn't worth to stay at all. These rooms should be for max 1k per night for without AC rooms. and AC rooms for 1.5k. Service is poor. Food is again horrible. You go to GOA bcz of it's multi cultural food which you won't get it here. So I had occupied these rooms in a peak season and paid a huge amount which was totally not worth for this hotel. I was very disappointed as Agoda shows this hotel in it's website. This shouldn't be even displayed into their website because as I know, Agoda is a good website. Hotels like this listed into it provides a bad feedback for the site. Restaurant Tip: Don't eat at the same restaurant provided by the hotel. Baga beach is very near to it. It should be around 5 mins walk to Baga so please eat at any good shack. Here at this hotel, any penny spend on food will be a totally waste.
