Good location to beach
Hotel is walking distance to the beach and located next to the riverfront. The swimming pool, though small, is good to have a dip after a walk in the hot sun. The surroundings of the pool was great for sunbathers. The restaurant was reasonable and service was good.

The rooms though fairly clean could be made better. There was no TV in the room. Hot water in the shower is a bit restricted. I think it is because the hotel depend on solar power for heating. This hotel however is a good choice for budget travellers because hotels of similar surroundings in the area was a lot dearer in price.

Dirty rooms with ants etc and we had no hot water for showers. But if that doesn't bother you it would be alright as it's location is good, close to nice restaurants and beaches.

Horrible hotel and definitely not worth it.
Some foreigners will be staying here who doesn't look for any comfort and only for saving some money.

This hotel isn't worth to stay at all.
These rooms should be for max 1k per night for without AC rooms. and AC rooms for 1.5k. Service is poor. Food is again horrible.
You go to GOA bcz of it's multi cultural food which you won't get it here. So I had occupied these rooms in a peak season and paid a huge amount which was totally not worth for this hotel.
I was very disappointed as Agoda shows this hotel in it's website. This shouldn't be even displayed into their website because as I know, Agoda is a good website. Hotels like this listed into it provides a bad feedback for the site.
Restaurant Tip:
Don't eat at the same restaurant provided by the hotel.
Baga beach is very near to it. It should be around 5 mins walk to Baga so please eat at any good shack. Here at this hotel, any penny spend on food will be a totally waste.

though the property is good, the concept of customer services doesn't exist. i was there with a group of 5 girls, and were treated as if we didn't exist. horrible staff, more interested in playing cards near the pool, in full view of the hotel guests!
rooms were stuffy and the bathrooms have never been cleaned since the hotel was started i guess. there was moss and gooey stuff all over the walls, floor and wash basin. no hot water for bathing, no water in the room for drinking. we had to walk to the restaurant and literally plead for them to to give us drinking water. and expecting 2 bottles of water each day, is not too high an expectation!
it was very clear that the staff was only interested in serving the expat guests, obviously in expectation of forex tips!
breakfast was a joke! 2 bread slices + butter + marmalade!
i thank my stars that the trip was short, else i would have lost my mind in this place.

Altogether it was a plesant stay. Frindly staff, clean pool and good food. The complimentary breafast is a big disappointment - a cup of tea/coffee, 2 slices of bread toast along with butter and Jam.
But I am satisfied.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Saturday Market is very nearby, but the vendor targets only foreign customers, so Indian customers you can just go and see how things happen there, better not to buy things from there.

we had a very nice time staying in this hotel as its very close baga and all the major attractions like club cabana.One of my friend who was also staying in the same hotel lost her watch and she thought that she had lost it on the beach. On coming back from the beach she was surprised to find her watch on her dressing table as the cleaner who was so honest left it there.It was a good experience as this shows how honest the staff is at Riverside regency.Breakfast was ok you cant expect it to be lavish in that price.I will certainly go back to the same hotel.
Shopping Tip:
Bargain a lot and do check out wednesday flea market and saturday night market.Club cabana is a must visit and is one the best clubs in goa.

Worst hotel and no service

Non hygienic rest rooms, no priority for Indians, bags beach is 10 mins walk from resort but the path to beach is very dirty with sewage smell. No assistance from receptionist regarding tour activities, he is just not informative. Taxi guys near the resort are so greedy for money and one can't trust them. Better to hire cabs from baga beach.

Dolphin show was amazing, arpora night market, baga calangute water sports, st Xavier's church

hotel was well located with closeness to beach rooms were good however the service was not at all up to mark the television in the room was not working after repeated complaints the technician did try to make the tv work but it did not the staff did not even bother to ensure that the rooms had drinking water even after requesting room service 4 times no one bothered to make sure that water was made available.overall except for the rooms which were decent there is nothing that would prompt me to recommend this hotel to anyone.
