It was on the whole a nice stay with well mannered attentive staff,very clean rooms,good size,a very very biiiggg bathroom and clean,an almirah also..large window,awesome balcony,only breakfast has no variety,just bread jam butter and tea/coffee ..but location is great,very near to all panjim attractions/market/restaus ,yet at a peaceful location...like it :)

Amazing hotel and very friendly service

I ve stayed in royal Phoenix inn just one night but it was very relaxed and nice.
Rooms are great and clean with an amazing view to the temple as well as
Centrally located in the Portuguese area. Breakfast was included but basic.
As I ve arrived early in the morning by bus I was able to check in immediately as
a room was available.
In addition, the owner answered all my questions about panjim and possible
Sightseeings. Moreover he helped me to organize my ongoing trip to the
South beaches by taxi.
