smiley holidays was the worst experience i had in goa.it is located in an apartment complex which has a pool which guests are not supposed to use ,apartment is full of lizards,ants and cockroaches,not even a single dustbin was available in the whole apartment,showers do not work,there wasnt even a bucket and mug in a restroom,not even a single mirror in the restrooms,we had to request for towels as there were none there. towels,pillows,beds,bedsheets etc where of the cheapest kind.the list of complaints is too large for me to write.the apartment was dirty.my sincere advise is to avoid this place at any cost.
