Good hotel having direct access to beach
Location, room comfort, proximity to beach
8.7
overall experience was very good at the hotel. this is relatively new property (<2 yrs) located less than 500 mts from taj aguada. it has direct access to candolim beach, which is a big plus. the rooms are comfortable and well maintained. however, there were very few recreational activities available apart from the swimming pool and spa. overall rating: value for money.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
This hotel is around 10 Kms from Panjim and calingute beach. While Panjim is good for shopping and cruise trips, one can enjoy water sports on the Calingute beach.

Good food, but strange "room service" in midnight
good food in restaurant, good design in rooms and lobby, clear
8.3
strange behaviour of staff - two nights staff waked me up in midnight to suggest "room service" I've never asked, after I mentioned it to hotel manager it stopped
Hotel Feature Tip:
no private beach (you face local annoing beach sellers and local 'wite people swimming watchers"; small swimpool; expencive hotel taxi; no shopping around (to get some souveniers go to Bagga beach); disco and clubs are on Bagga beach as well

Good Hotel
not too close to the hustle and bustle of the busy street.
7.7
The hotel is locatied away from the busy street during the peak season. If your holiday is to relax and enjoy the nightlife then it fits well. The nighlife area is a few mins by bike and to east of the hotel is the famous Fort.
The breakfast is a good spread of continental and Indian.
The hotel also has its own proviate beach and lawn.
Good hotel and one of the best in its class.
Nightlife Tip:
within 5 mins ride of the busy beaches and bars

Nice stylish boutique hotel for a romantic get-awa
Great location, with direct connection to the beach, nice swimming pool and great decoration
8
We stayed in this hotel for 5 nights and had a wonderful time. It's a midsize hotel with approximately 80 rooms, all directly located along an outdoor gallery / courtyard.
The location is superb, with a backyard directly connected to the Goa beach. There is also a swimming pool in the backyard, and an outdoor restaurant on the beach.
The rooms were clean and spacious. The decoration was in Goan style, but with all the necessities for a luxurious hotel. Unfortunately we didn't have a view on the beach or courtyard, but just a view on the adjacent buildings. But this is fine, because in Goa you won't spend a lot of time in your room... A negative remark is the noisiness of the rooms. We could clearly hear the television of the room next door, and also at night when people walked by our door we could hear them.
The breakfast was ok, not very special, some continental items, and some traditional Indian food. There is a lot of staff and they are very friendly, but we had to remind them a few times for bringing the tea we ordered.

This was lovely hotel and it was a great location
Great rooms, beautiful bathroom, nice pool, very courteous staff
8.3
We had a great stay at this hotel. It was a nice hotel very close to the beach - just 5 minutes away. The location was absolutely gorgeous. There was a beautiful shack called Calamari right next to the beach and it had some of the best food we had in Goa.
The hotel rooms were nice and spacious. The pool was great.
It was a great hotel from my perspective.
There were a few disadvantages. The breakfast buffet was not that great. There were many guests with kids and that meant it was not as peaceful as we wanted it to be. There were also some guests that were occasionally loud but the hotel staff were not aggressive enough to tell them to be quiet.
The hotel had a spa which was quite expensive and we took a massage there but the quality of the service was not good.
Overall, I really liked the hotel despite the disadvantages. If I go again, I would definitely think of going back to this hotel.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Try the Calamari shack - especially the grilled fish.

O resort is no 5 star hotel but ok as a good average 4 star hotel. It is in a quiet end of Candolim. The restaurants in the hotel were mostly empty which tells you the food was ordinary( 1 experience) but there were plenty of places nearby to eat.Staff were friendly, breakfast just ok but in a nice setting.
Restaurant Tip:
Calamari on the beach is a good place to eat and drink after a day on the beach.
