Comfortable, Short and enjoyable.
The hotel was clean, close to an excellent restaurant called Calamiri and a family place.

The stay was great however I felt the linen in the rooms were not to the standards of the O'Hotel Chain. I've stayed at the O
''Hotel, Pune and the one in Goa measures up poorly in terms of the quality of the linen. The staff end up cleaning your room regardless of whether you've asked them to do so which can get annoying at times.
However the hotel is not a bad places to stay. The breakfast is lousy and my request for a cappuccino was turned down saying that they only serve black coffee in the morning - which sounded ridiculous to me.

Although room was big enough, balcony was a major let down - too small to even stand. Food, especially in the room service, was extremely and unnecessarily expensive, for the quality and quantity it had. They would charge some 3-4 types of taxes , some i have never heard before, on the food ordered in the room, which jacks up final bill by 25+ % of the actual rates. i found it ridiculous to say the least. Rest of the facilities and services were satisfactory including the property.

We were disappointed in O. It is billed as a resort but has few of the features I feel a resort should have. The rooms are small and dark and I felt very enclosed although comfortable. The approach to the beach is far from inviting and the beach itself when i got there was closed and unsafe.
I have to admit to being in a serious bad mood on arrival after a fifteen hour drive from Mysore. The hotel seemed almost impossible to find and we didn't
have hotel telephone numbers we could not call and ask for instructions.
Some of the prices for food etc were expensive
Restaurant Tip:
The Stone House nearby was good with live music and good food

Lovely hotel with great service
Location is good. To get around, you can easily take a bus in front of hotel. It is really cheap and clean. The hotel room is very nice. Bed and shower are amazing.

Lovely hotel and service with a smile
The best part of the resort is we can directly go to beach from it, it has a Casino in it and the greenery in the resort.

I had a good vacation. The security is so good. The location of resort is very good.Even the market is very near by. Worth for what we have paid
Travel tip:
I think that bar and restaurant rates are very high just check them before you order.

i was expecting the stay to be improved as this was my 3 rd time to sty with is hotel . the hotels need to be maintained properly so don't be surprised if few tiles r missing in the spa toilets or the soap dispenser has no soap in it .....the room service need to be improved with immi effect ...it took them 12 hrs to provide me with a bottle opener and a paper pin inspite of calling them and telling many times ....
i had requested for an early chk in but i wasn't checked in till 2 pm as it was the policy so i was kept in the waiting lobby for 4 hrs whiteout any refreshments or water provide until i asked for it ....
overall if they improve these draw backs i feel they will do a good job .....

Swimming pool is the best I feel ....

just got back from goa on the 18th. we were there for 4 days out of which 2 we spent at the o. did the accn via agoda and the prices were different on each day. its cheaper if you book right on the morning of your stay atleast at this point of the year. o's usp is its location right on candolim beach. this happens to be one of the best beaches away from the crowds of baga and calangute and yet closer to the action. in its category o provides the best in this area, we also checked clementis and it was quite messy. the taj close by is in another league though. other than its location o is very average. they give you a room with an ac and thats it. in our case the fridge was empty and was not filled even on asking , thought they got us to fill a form which stated that we would pay for whatever we had, very cheap. the in room service is low standard .the room too is very brief and spartan. the in house restaurant didnt have most of the things on the menu and the food when bought was expensive and crappy. i would say its best if you just stay at the room spend your time at the beach have their buffet and than other meals at the places on the beach.
