Just What I Needed!

My stay was superb. Amazing service by the hotel staff. Its the hotel I preferred since i stayed there for my first trip and considering it was my second trip to Goa, and also given the fact that I was travelling alone I preferred this Brand. Its reliable and trust worthy. Just a word of advise. I would prefer it to be Gay Friendly.
All in all, a great hotel and decently priced.

An overpriced disappointment
I was only booked in for a week, centrally located, close to shopping centre

I found the standard of cleanliness at this hotel as extremely poor. The carpet was filthy and the bathroom was not clean - the soap container had dried soap from the previous occupant. I brought this to the attention of the staff who dithered about then asked me to wait for ages then I was informed that the room is now clean. The carpet was removed but unfortunately the bathroom was still in the same condition. I was happy to stay in the same room but the hotel manager insisted on moving me to a bigger room which was far too big for one person. Clearly hotel management were not listening to their customers.

We had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The property is close to the city and shopping areas. However, there is no good beach in close proximity to this hotel.

The hotel is ideal for business and senior travelers. It does not have a disco nor near the beach so that it would attract party goers. There are three options for food service. One is Indinian, another is Asian (Thai, Chinese and (Japenese). All the food we had was great. One morning we have to leave early befoe BF service started. They packed an excellent take-away BF for us.
The WiFi is high speed and reliable, but a bit pricey (about $15/day)
