Katarina V. Couples Australia, May 01, 2013	Poor service and cleanliness Location was ok 2.7 Extremely poor customer service. We arrived to a room with a filthy floor covered in dust and grime. Clearly had not been cleaned for ages! We asked nicely for it to be attended to. We then asked a further four times that day, always with a 'yes' answer but NO ACTION. Finally we expresed our frustration and management asked if they could clean it on the fifth request-too little too late as it was late afternoon and we were in the room..After returned that night it still was not clean! Staff also gave us incorrect information re. check out times, stating we could check out at any time no cost. Of course this was wrong!!!VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND DIRTY ROOMS!!!!!!
Pooja B. Groups India, April 28, 2013	Small but nice hotel Location, cleanliness, comfort 8 The hotel was situated very close to the beach, just a few minutes walk . The hotel design was very french like and the interiors were nicely done with all the necessary amenities. The breakfast menu was alright. All in all a small yet nice hotel. The staff was also friendly. Had a nice saty.

The S3 Bar is an extention of the Bistro Restaurant. The bar offers a great range of premium draught beers. You can choose to have something cool from the cocktail menu or perhaps something intimate with wine. The S3 Bar has the perfect atmosphere for any time of the day or night. The Bistro Restaurant is a delicious multi-cuisine restaurant. Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner are served. The restaurant offers refined cuisine and an extensive menu for the pleasure of demanding gourmets.
