your front desk needs to be trained on billing.
i could not get my bill since i had booked through internet.
this might be problem of the internet service provider (agoda) not passing on the information to your hotel.

Outskirts of the City but VFM

The hotel is at the outskirts of the city, the far end of Nagar Road. Reasonably priced and very, very large rooms.
Not very experienced hoteliers so maintenance is a big minus. They seem to be trying hard though. Food is passable. Great option to congested small hotels within the city.
Transport is essential.
