Great location but food prices a downer
Great location, peaceful, good amenities in the tents

Its ideal for those who are looking for a lazy hideout in the hills.
Opt for Swiss cottages though. The tents were clean with everything needed.Maintaned well
Hotel Feature Tip:
Opt for tents for experience. But do no go for meal plans, they are over priced. Try some nearby places for food like Chail Crown jst a few mins walk from the Villas

Great place for a vacation
Good layout of the resort with lots of open space / gardens. Nice rooms (Cottages n tents), good food, staff is good

I enjoyed my stay at Chail Villas very much, the staff is very responsive and service is prompt. The only hiccup that occured during my stay was that the hotel people had marked me as checked in even though when I had not arrived but that could have happened due to some confusion, other than that I did not face any issue during my stay. Mr. Gurjer and Mr. Bawa were very helping and responded to our request even after midnight, Thanks to both of you for your help.
