the room was not as shown in the website and breakfast included only bread butter and jam and that too not toasted.my experience was worst.

I was not impressed with the service the quality of the rooms or the location. It was pretty far away from town. The room was dirty and had to beg the staff to come clean it. The hotel was just reopened and areas were obviously neglected. We wanted to get a tuk tuk to get into town and the hotel staff refused because there was a sometime of taxi union going on outside the hotel that ripped off tourists. Pool wasn't beautiful looked like an average community pool.

Third grade Hotel, No water, bad service.
Only one best thing is it is near the beach

I would suggest, not to book any room in this hotel as there service is very bad. They are least bothered about the customers. You need to ask for every thing. It is also far away so if you want to see Goa, you will have to travel 40-50 mts. to reach a proper destination to catch a bus. Only good thing is that it is near to the beach.
