I was not impressed with the service the quality of the rooms or the location. It was pretty far away from town. The room was dirty and had to beg the staff to come clean it. The hotel was just reopened and areas were obviously neglected. We wanted to get a tuk tuk to get into town and the hotel staff refused because there was a sometime of taxi union going on outside the hotel that ripped off tourists. Pool wasn't beautiful looked like an average community pool.

Rent motorbikes!

Third grade Hotel, No water, bad service.
Only one best thing is it is near the beach

I would suggest, not to book any room in this hotel as there service is very bad. They are least bothered about the customers. You need to ask for every thing. It is also far away so if you want to see Goa, you will have to travel 40-50 mts. to reach a proper destination to catch a bus. Only good thing is that it is near to the beach.

There was no water for complete day kids has suffered a lot due to inconvenience.no response of management or staff after complaining several times.Hotel location was good very nearer to beautiful beach with Russians.

standard rooms, not a double but twin beds. Close to a beautiful beach, but far from town. Restaraunt was great, eve meal was fantastic and great service also very well priced for food/drinks. Breakfast wasn't great, just very well done toast and coffee. Overall good budget hotel

Great location- Quiet and Peaceful
Lovely , quiet and peaceful hotel compound and great location near the beach

i stayed in cjm for 10 days. the hotel was nice and quiet as expected. only problem was the transport. there a few buses going and comming back from madgoan. but the taxi service is totally under a group of drivers who controls all the taxies that are avaible there. no taxi from out side the hotel area is allowed to take any guest from the hotel though the guest can come back by a taxi. other wise the food in the restaurent was nice and staffs there are very good as well.

Great location for those who are looking for a clean, secluded beach; pretty gardens

the hotel reservation was in order when we arrived and staff welcomed us warmly. a nice touch was the welcome pineapple juice that they had waiting for us.
the room was very basic and the refridgerator did not work, but that was not a problem for us as we spent all of our time at the beach.
the breakfast that was included was a little sparse (1 glass of juice and toast with marmelade and tea and instant coffee with no milk).
there are lots of choices of restaurants just a short walk alobng the beach.
