Lovely hotel, good location, nice & frindly staff.

Excellent breakfast to begin the day with.Quite & peaceful surrounding. Rooms were neat & clean. Room service was good. Had an excellent stay with my family.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Should have more tourist cars avaliable for guest staying at the hotel.

5 minute walk from Goa's awesomest Colva beach!

Great folks, very hospitable and friendly.
Clean spacious noiseless A/C room with locker, mini refrigerator, flat screen TV, coffee maker and 24 hrs hot and cold shower.
Decent size swimming pool but best part is it has a bar inside the pool! So frink, swim, chill out
And ofcourse a great locational advantage - 5 min walk to Colva beach and 20 min cab drive to the airport.
Truely a value for money hotel.
Restaurant Tip:
Check out the food and service quality of some of restaurants on the beach before settling down. They can be quite a rip off experience! There are a bunch of nice joints near the hotel. Also hotel's own Brazilian restaurant serves tasty reasobaly priced food and have a nice cocktail list.

Nice Hotel Near the Colva Beach

Stay was nice, but the hotel was considerably understaffed. room services took ages (days :)) and I think they had only around 10 room service guys for 60 odd rooms. Hotel was been refurbished and the elevator didn't work. Pros would be Restaurant food was great, though most of the items in the menu were not available.
Nightlife Tip:
Dont expect night life in Colva in October.

The hotel was good. Location is perfect which is Walking distance from beach. The room was good apart from bathroom.Service was not to the standard.Food was ok and there is lot of scope for improvement.Worth for money.

Awful hotel, not deluxe and service and hotel dirt

This is an awful hotel. Booked a deluxe room overlooking the pool. The room was not overlooking the pool and I had to wait for 3 hours to get a clean room with towels and other facilities. The breakfast was inedible. Chicken stew for breakfast!!!! The service was absymal. I booked an alarm call to get up for my flight this was not forthcoming and when I queired this I was told they had rung through but I had not answered the phone. Staff rude. Managed to give my complaints to the top manager, but got nothing back in return.

Nice hotel with great service

I was pleasantly surprised. For a 3 star hotel this was great. The room was clean (no mould, good ventilation) and the staff were very helpful. All rooms have a balcony, which is really nice. The breakfast was very good too. There is 24 hour security, the premises are clean.
I have been to other 3 star hotels in Colva and this one is by far the best.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
The hotel is only a 5 minutes walk from the beach and not so noisy, as it is in the "second" row.

Breakfast was unedible,rooms not that clean ,dirty sheets on the bed when we arrived although changed when we asked,towels needs renewing The location was very central Colva which was good, although work was still going on in the pool area it was quite pleasant area.

We had 2 rooms and stayed for 3 nights. First they gave me a room right in front of a garbage area. the place around the hotel is filthy. you cannot even open teh balcony doors or windows
they do not change sheets everyday not do they even clean rooms properly
rooms are filthy and bathrooms filthier
I had 2 small children and did really struggle to get them to eat proper meals
service is ok and they are usually prompt
the pool stinks from even from very far away ( i am sure hasnt been cleaned for months)
overall go here if you have no other place to go in Goa.
