Rooms are very nice and the hotel is well mantaine

the Spa was lovely apart for the noise that was going on for building work while we where having our treatment. the service for dinner was very poor and a let down for the hotel and very embrassing for me as I had taken my family to relax. While we observed other hotel guest were given attention and a good level of service we had to repeatedly ask for assistance, food was clod. I cannot recommend this hotel to any friends. Having stayed at 5 star, spa hotels e.g Mauritius Shandrani, the Hyatt in Goa was a let down. There was no activities offered by the hotel and the night entertainment was extremely poor

goa holiday was special for me n my wife as it was her first birthday after our marriage and wanted to make it a special one for her. i had booked 2 rooms made bookings with diffrent cards both the rooms booked were park king room as mention on agoda website.we went by road to goa which took almost 9 hrs drive from mumbaiand it was fun.
we reached hotel at 6:30pm it took almost 45 minutes to provide us room. room was booked for 4 nights 5 days. room no. 354. at the reception i was told 1 room is park twin room n other is park king room after having lot of argument with the lady n showing the agoda booking reciept lady agreed to provide park king room. i was told i would get king room n after 45 minutes i was provided with their so called king room which was actualy a park twin room made it king room by joining 2 twin beds together. i don wanted to spoil our rest of the evening n were tired a lot after long drive so i jus let go that night. next day i cald up at the reception had a word with manager mr. pinaki. told him the whole thing why they need to lie n make a fool of customer. he said sorry n cannot do anything about it. he got instruction from agoda travel company to provide park twin room n not the park king room. i asked them to show me the details of my room from agoda travel company only then i will believe. they did not agree to it n said we cannot show the details to you.i left the matter there as i don wanted to spoil my holiday.
