Not anywhere near bach, rude management

We atayed here for 3 nights and although we had booked an AC double room it was not available. Instead we were offered a room at another location even further from the beach. The acommodation is more than 3km from the beach. Although they offered a driver to take you to the beach you still had to pay a tuk-tuk to take you back.
The area had no restauramts and was very isolated. While we were there we saw no other guests.

Homely accommodation in dull and dirty Cova

Colva was not our favourite resort during our 4 weeks in Goa, but the Stain Glass Cottage provides a clean and homely accommodation on the edge of town. You need transport as the cottage is a good 40min walk from the centre of Colva and its beaches. There is locals bar 2 min walk from the cottage that serves surprisingly well cooked food, a 5min walk takes you to a clean family restaurant serving a good selection of food and cocktails. . . otherwise it is a drive into town.
Breakfast at the cottage was aimed at the Indian market so unless you insist you won’t get the option for eggs or toast. Rooms are comfortable but a little small but bathrooms are clean and stylish (Yellow room), you have to ask to have your towels/lined changed and despite the rooms being cleaned every day you will need to ask for more loo paper!
