This place is quiet and fairly hard to find, so if you are looking for a hideout, that's about all it's got going for it. Otherwise, this is a two star place for which I paid four star prices.
Where to start? This must have been a great place once, but now it's just a neglected joint. The pool looked more like a koi pond, with bird sh.. surrounding it. The grounds were not well maintained and parts were overgrown. No wi fi in the rooms, you've got to sit in the reception area to get a connection, with a proxy address. Rock hard beds, a floor that needed sweeping, threadbare towels, burnt out lights in the room, the refrigerator didn't work, no soap or shampoo unless you beg. The beach is about 1 km away, but at least it isn't a busy stretch of beach. There are no services nearby, and you must use the local taxi mafia to get into Margao or somewhere else.
The breakfast was abysmal, no Indian food, but baked beans, boiled potatos, pancakes, toast and coffee/tea. That might sound OK, but everything was empty when I came in at 8am and no hope of being replenished. This might make sense as the guests seem to be primarily Russian--I think I was the only non-Russian guest there, which was a little weird.
If you have a distinct reason for staying in this part of Goa (you speak Russian, you want to be invisible for a few days), then you'll survive. But there has to be a hundred other places in Goa that are a better value, with better food and services.
Nightlife Tip:
If you are stuck here, there is a restaurant a couple of doors up the road (away from the beach) that is superior to what awful food the hotel might conjure.

Les etoiles sont filantes. pour acceder à la chambre on enjambe les saletés dans les escaliers. les draps sont sales, comme les serviettes de bain, je vous passe la salle de bain. Inadmissible. Les poubelles des chambres sont cachées sous la cage d'escaliers...
Cet hôtel se trouve au milieu de nulle part. La piscine est inutilisable ( eau verte fluo type cyanobactéries ) pas de transat, ni de parasol..
Tout l’hôtel est délabré
C'est mon troisième voyage en Inde et je n'ai jamais rien rencontré d'aussi sale en hôtellerie.
Même au petit déjeuner il n'y a pas d'eau chaude !
Et es sus ils ont eu le culot de nous proposer un diner à 100 dollars !!
