This was the second 2 weeks of our honeymoon in Goa.
Upon arrival we got a friendly welcome and the most beautiful bed decorations.....that is it!
Most of the staff were lazy one in the restaurant was very rude and served at least 12 Russians before us that were behind us!! Russians do make uop about 90% of their customers but they should not be given preferential treatmeant though clearly this was very much the case. Some days we got towels some days not. Our alledgedly clean sheets were bloodstained on first change and plates and knives used on our first day were still dirty in our room a week later. I confronted the manager who called in heads of housekeeping and dining. He was very apologetic and things did improve but still not as you'd expect. We paid for bed abd breakfast but only had breakfast twice as we refused to go anywhere near the extremely rude man there. The one plus is it is handy for the beach. All in all we will never use this chain of hotels again even if you tried to pay us. We do not like being so negative but we needed to be honest.
