Relaxing stay

Really friendly staff (young msn who was going to visit France later this year!), we stayed in the superior ac room that didn't really have much of a view (view of the building next door) but we really didn't need anything more: the room was very comfortable, clean, and spacious. The rooftop was a great place to chill out with a beer (provided at reception for 150rs) and watch the sun set over the mountains. Good location close to the main tourist strip but calm so that you don't get woken up by the normal Indian honking!
Would definitely recommend staying here.

Not the cheapest but the stay was very comfortable and the location was ideal. It was like a home-stay since the Haveli is owned and run by a local family, very helpful, honest staff. Since it was low season we were upgraded for free to the Deluxe room with a view of the Lake Palace and the mountains. Overall great place to stay, relaxing and good base to explore Udaipur. The wifi is not so good, but it didn't bother us so much, since there are many cafes around the area with free wifi. Recommended.
