great location but small rooms

The location was really great, but the entrance was clumsy. The rooms was small with one chair but the staffs arranged for things that necessary. The restaurants was really nice with a very good cook. The view from the terrace was very nice.

it was a good stay although there was a confusion regarding number of persons that can stay in the room. agoda website do not ask you the no of pax but when i booked it shown me max of one pax in the room. hotel owner asked me to pay more as i was with my spouse.
greatest advantage of this hotel is it is in close proximity of many main attractions such as bagore ki haveli, city palace and jagdish tample.
rooms are clean but since the it is a economy hotel do not expect nice bedsheets or blankets. washrooms are clean but looks a budget class arrangement. staff is very good and courteous. they help you in all your bookings and further travel.
food is average and expensive as compared to outside restras.

The rooms are very basic but you'd be hard pressed to find a better deal for a room in Udaipur that's so close to all of the major sights. City Palace within walking distance and the Jagdish Temple just around the corner. A bit confusing to get to because of its similar name with another hotel called Jagniwas Palace Hotel. Make sure your autorickshaw/taxi driver knows which hotel you're staying at!
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
If you wake up early in the morning, take a walk down the river and you'll see local women washing their clothes in the river and other morning scenes.
