Clean and confortable rooms. Swiming pool. Good breakfast.
Quite far from the center and the ghats. Hotel services (internet, restaurant, laundry...) very expensive.
This hotel is located very near from the train station, but quite far from the center. It is luxurius and there is a nice swiming pool (not very well maintained), so a peacefull place in the middle of a very noisy city. The service is in general good but sometimes they do not respect your privacy (once they called us at 7.00 a.m. from the laundry, and another time at 9 a.m).
Hotel Feature Tip : Book it through agoda, because if you do it in the reception is 300% more expensive.

Nice, clean rooms
very friendly staff at reception desk
Management of hotel and Cafe gave wrong information and were very patronizing, tour desk of no help at all, restaurants both far too expensive as well as internet access, no knowledge of western style (does not include reception desk crew)
When we arrived, the hotel didn't have our reservation. They blamed it on us and were very pressing and unprofessional. Thanks to Agoda Live Chat we could handle the issue and it became clear (after 1 hour!), that it was the hotel's fault. Being in our room, we were not really left alone: telephone ringing, somebody knocking,... There was no "Don't disturb sign". Both restaurants and the internet cafe were far too overpriced. Don't believe whatever the Manager tells you!

Room is comfortable.
Location is in commercial area, but noise is minimal.
The price that the travel agent in the hotel offered is expensive for me.
I lost my passport in Varanasi. Thanks to the assistance of Mr. Dibyendu Roy - the Front Office Manager and Mr. D.L. Sharma-the Chief Engineer. Both helped me report the event to the Police Department of Varanasi. With this report I could applied for a new passport and exit visa in New Delhi. Their great help not only solved my problem but also gave me a warm feeling.
