Chu Y. Solo travelers Taiwan, February 14, 2013	Near the Gang river Clean room 5.7 The room had been polished so the wall, floor and bathroom is very clean and with hot shower. However, the blanket looks like dirty and there is no window in my room so it's quite damp. The price they charge is a hotel rate but the front desk didn't like a hotel desk. They didn't inform me when is the break-first time when I check in. The next morning, when I want to use the wi-fi, they said the service is block in the morning.

Couples Germany, November 09, 2012	great location, good rates on agoda location, price, recently renovated room 7.7 we booked a double and were given a triple which was good. the rooms were recently renovated and everything was nicely done for local standarts. if you happen to stay in room i would suggest to put the doormat or a towel in front of the door so that the mouse that will want to visit you at night cant come in. all in all we enjoyed our stay and the staff was really friendly. you should just make clear that you dont want to purchase any extras (tours, boatrides, etc) if that is the case. you will avoid quite a bit of unnecessary talking and listening and save them a lot of time. the only downside pf our stay was that there was a lot of construction work going on which actually is a good thing because thats how we get nice rooms, innit? the problem was that agoda didnt inform us about this which i consider bad service. Hotel Feature Tip: the hotel has no street access. you can get to main ghat and then find it easy walking on the riverside which is suitable only for people that can carry their luggage for 10-20 minutes. you could also try to find it by going through the small lanes but thats quite difficult. people will offer their help for a fee. easiest way is to arrange transport with the hotel, an airport pickup will be less than 100 rupees more expensive then the prepaid taxi from the airport.

My train arrived at 1:30am, and they sent someone to pick me up, which was so nice. I was able to check in as soon as I arrived, and they were very accommodating. It's not an extravagant hotel, but the location is very convenient. Along the river and walking distance to all the ghats. Hotel Feature Tip: Wifi is only available in the lobby of the adjacent hotel.
